Pack Jacks

The only BBQ in Sonoma County worth going to. The meat is slow smoked to delicious tenderness. No frills or fancy soco food snobbery here. Prices are fair, sides are good, and even home made hot links. Hot links could be a little hotter, but they are delicious.

Went on a Saturday night at 5:30. The place was empty. The lamb had a lot of bones & was fatty. Son said chicken was good. The hubby said some of his beef ribs were burnt. The side dishes were average. Good thing we had a half off coupon. Service was good but we won't be going back.

Good old fashioned BBQ. Deep down south Texas style. They make their own BBQ sauce, there's sweet,mild and hot. They make they're own BBQ beans that everyone loves and their homemade pecan pies. Wow! Family owned and the service is great really nice people. It's a hole in the wall. But aren't those usually the best. I'm telling give it a try. Pictures of dishes will be coming soon. Enjoy! :-)

Real Texas style smoked BBQ if your eating in there's a laid back atmosphere as though your in the back yard with family.if your taking out enjoy however and wherever you decide.

I had driven by pack Jacks Barbecue several times and finally decided to stop. It's a small local restaurant with a variety of meats to choose from. I had the lamb ribs and they were fantastic. I will definitely be getting those on a regular basis.

To die for BBQ lamb and beef. Their brand are delish too!! Great place, feels homey and unique.

Was a pleasant find along the country road. Smelled the bbq smoking and turned around. The family was nice and generous portions.

We arrived just before closing and had to get our food to go. The ribs were very fatty and the sides were somewhat bland. The service was quick and the staff were friendly in the my shift is ending and I had a busy day sort of way. If you're looking for quick bbq this is your place.

My preferred place for quality BBQ. Came here on a Friday I think. The service was friendly and sociable. The bill was decent.

Having the sliced beef sandwich with mild bbq sauce, potato salad and sweet tea. All delicious. The smoke on the tender beef is excellent. The bun and potato salad are basic but tasty. If the mild sauce taste anything like the beans, I can't wait to try those. Actually, I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. Super casual atmosphere.

Just right. Incredible ribs. Excellent service. Best ever Cole slaw. Love all of it. Loved the dancing cats in the bathroom!

bbq... so great. The staff was very kind and attentive. Prices were appropriate. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

The best Smoke I've ever Eaten.

I was hoping to like this place but all my wife and I kept saying is that it was just ok. Nothing special, just ok. If you're a fan of thick smokey bark and vinegar-based sauce then maybe you'll like this place. I won't be back.

Straightforward 3rd Generation family-owned spot. No Frills. Paper plates, plastic cutlery, plastic glasses for your beer. That was a little weird for a $30 meal. Dinner was $20 and the beers were $5 each. Reminded me of what I would get it at church barbecue after the Sunday meeting in Brookhaven, Mississippi. Very nice young man served me. Offered a warm wash bowl for my greasy fingers. That was nice.

Well. I found my new favorite place for food hands down. Got the combo plate and it was just amazing. Hard to find good bbq out here and a lot of places don't live up to what im looking for.

Might not look like much but this place is stellar. If you come for lunch, get the special which is a sandwich and soda for $5. That's already $2 off the sandwich alone. Great pit stop for inexpensive food in some non pretentious wine country.

Owner helped me with ordering as I have never been in. Meats have a wonderful smoke to them and the sauces I chose didn't over power the bbq

Best BBQ! Great service! Because it's family run, it feel like home inside. Ask to see the picture of the original and very cute Pack Jack! We loved the ribs and chicken! The sweet sauce was my favorite. The spicy sauce had great flavor and wasn't overly spicy. Both the ribs and chicken came with a delicious char to the edges and are juicy underneath!Beans were the best side choice we had! They were the best beans we'd ever had! The potato salad and coleslaw were good too.It was my birthday dinner and they surprised me with my first ever sweet potato pie...for free! The heavenly crust was made from scratch, the filing is perfectly spiced,and they topped it with whipped cream and a candle!We will be back to Pack Jack!

Delicious - the baked beans are amazing and the links are the best I've had. Quick and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Good ol downhome barbaque

Warm comfortable climate good food good drink good place to eat dinner lunch or just have a good time. And I say that because we were a party of 11 a little get-together and they made us feel comfortable and all the other patrons were comfortable also so thumbs up to pack Jack grate BBQ

Great smoky food, seat yourself, disposable utensils and plates. Short to the point menu. Example: side of pork ribs $10, dinner with potato salad $15. Good to go or eat there. They have chicken pork ribs, pulled pork and hot links and more.Other sides to choose from, smokey beans, salads. I got the side of lamb ribs, so smokey, meaty, moist, you cannot find that everywhere. Choices of drinks. Family owned, simple seating. We ate in, and at the end of the meal she brought a warm bowl of water and napkins so we could clean our hands, nice touch! Real smoked food. Doesn't look like a treasure, but don't pass this up.

Out of the way restaurant with a quirky feel and vibe. Food was good. Service was slow considering we were the only patrons there on a Friday evening. Not my favorite BBQ.

A rare find in this neck of the woods. Worth a try for sure. Was quiet when we visited and the ribs were a bit dry (oversmoked?) but the rub and seasoning we're excellent and the beans were good.

Great Barbeque! Drove from Santa Rosa to get it and worth it!
